All cutting formes are CAD generated (using either modem/email files/self
programmed files) ensuring high accuracy.

Specialised water jet cut rubber ensures balanced ejection of the blank as well as
the waste - this increases machine running speeds.

With using quality cutting steels formes last longer. Storm Cutting Formes offer
a full re-knife service, this will replace all blunt knives + full re-rubber
saving the customer the cost of a new forme (substantial savings).
